The 2023 audit results underscore substantial enhancements in the health and lifestyle of individuals living with diabetes nationwide, revealing the positive impact of X-PERT Health’s structured education sessions.
These results include:
HbA1c dropped by 10.8 mmol/mol
Fasting blood glucose decreased by 0.4 mmol/l
Cholesterol to HDL ratio reduced by 0.4
Body weight shed off by 4.2kg
Triglycerides to HDL ratio down by 0.4
Waist size slimmed down by 6.5cm
